Just be reading through the blogs of my friends who went to Sparkle which I sadly missed this year. I was glad to see in the main everyone had a good time. Couldn't resist the song above by the American band Live.
For me now I'm looking forward to getting out again. Next month is a possibility, but if not a few days in September should be possible all being well.
I have found really stressful situations do temporarily affect me, but in saying that last time out when I went shopping although nervous it wasn't a problem and I got back to enjoying being out and about. Hopefully I'll be able to spread my wings a bit more.
