More Barrel Racing

YouTube - Barrel Racing 101- What not to do!

Another barrel racing video. I posted one before somewhere. I should really keep a track of these posts.
This is a great sport which can be dangerous and one I would love to try again, but maybe that would not be a good idea. I guess the cowgirl is coming out again. Any way it is a great rush when you get it right.
The song is by 3 Doors Down

Stay Silent

What do you say or do when a workmate points out that he did a similar job far quicker than you and has a big cheesy grin on his face when telling you this.
No boss has complained or has a problem with me or anyone else has that I know off.
I find it amusing and will admit really annoying to put it mildly that this idiot gets his rocks off trying to put others down. I know there are plenty like him which is really sad. I won't make excuses, but I am beginning to see a whole different side to some people and some off it is not very nice.
When it comes to me I'll stay silent and just get on with things. May be I'm just a bit over sensitive at the moment, but there are people that I want as little to do with as possible

Travelling

YouTube - Bob Dylan - Like A Rolling Stone 1966

I've being hearing this song quite a lot recently so I looked it up to see what versions I could find.
This one was recorded in Newcastle which gives me an excuse to say I will be off out there next month for a night out.
I would really like to combine Manchester and Newcastle into one journey out sometime. It would be interesting crossing the Pennines in K mode on the train. The really scary part would be checking into the hotel when I got to Newcastle.
I haven't forgotten Brighton and London and there is another place on the south coast I would love to visit for reasons I won't go into here.
I never thought I would get on a train from Manchester to Blackpool. I don't know if I have the bottle to go furthur in K mode, but it may become an overwhelming need like other things I've done. Anyway what is there to lose.
All of this travelling is about me being myself and helps me learn more. It makes sense to me if no one else and I intend to keep going as long as I can.
As I wrote elsewhere-
Survive, live and learn.
