Done a test patch on my chest with the home IPL machine I bought. With the skin tone tester, it lit up on 2 the second highest setting. Now I have to wait and see how my skin reacts. It's a bit red at the moment, but I cooled it down. One thing I will need is white eye liner to mark out where I'm zapping so I don't overlap. I've go some ideas how to go about marking my torso out. The book is certainly right about it nipping more in parts nearer to the bone.
As long as the test patch is ok I'll continue on and see if this has been an expensive mistake. I am realistic on what hair I can perhaps get rid of and I know that the majority would have to be professionally done, but there are some bits I think I can get rid of myself.
