This acronym is relevent for me at the moment. I'm fine, but it is others that I worry about. Last weekend I had a fantastic night out, but now instead of coming down of a high I feel drained. Recent events which I won't go into here have left me cold for want of a better way of putting it. Perhaps next month and Sparkle will be an improvement. Life continues.......................
