Into The Void

Just over 3 months ago I deleted one of my blogs, 'Limbo Land' which has now finally disappeared forever. There are remnants of it left. It was on a couple of blog lists which did make me uneasy and it was just becoming very depressing with what I was I what posting on it.
The limbo referred to where I am with a MS diagnosis. Still in the same place, but I've just passed another medical and had a long talk with the doctor about how I am getting on. This one was extremely important for me as failing would have changed everything.
The doctor said I had a good handle on what could happen.
When I was back in the reception settling up, he made a point of coming through wishing me all the best and shaking my hand. That has never happened before and left me feeling really good. Even better than just passing the medical which I was stressed about.
'Limbo Land' has gone into the void of The Net, and to everyone who left comments on it. Thank you, they helped more than you could all know.

10 minutes After The Beginning

I was watching Stephen Hawking's Universe on the Discovery Channel and in the first 20 minutes it is stated that by the time the Cosmos was just 10 minutes old it was already thousands of light years in diameter. I thought nothing could travel faster than the speed of light. So how could it expand to thousands of light years in 10 minutes ? I guess there is no speed limit in pure nothing, but then again that throws up more questions.
My head hurts !

Dreaming (2)

Turned the telly on this morning and there was a  badger talking about going to war. I then saw it was the film The Chronicles of Narnia. Strange thing to see in the morning. Might watch it sometime it looks not to bad.
In a previous post I went on about a dream I had which involved an empty wallet and 2 full handbags.
A few days ago I found my ATM card had expired and I hadn't received a new one. It's been a pain getting cash and my wallet has gotten very light.
I don't usually try to interpret dreams, but I wonder now if my subconscious was trying to tell me something.
I usually take 2 handbags away with me when I go away to get out.
In the dream the 2 handbags were full, but I couldn't take possession, so maybe I should go easy on my next shopping trip.
If I start dreaming about talking badgers I am not buying the DVD.
